When will my order arrive?

Depending on the chosen shipping company and the delivery handler, we provide a group of shipping agents based in major cities. It usually takes 1 to 3 days for the order to be confirmed.

Is there delivery outside the country?

Currently, the shipping companies we work with deliver only within the country and to a few cities specified on the delivery page.

You can request international delivery from the store team via WhatsApp by providing information on the product's weight and rates for international carriers not currently registered with the store.

In case of a manufacturing defect?

Please read the return policy to understand the terms for returns and exchanges. If there is a defect in the product, it has been agreed that the company’s shipping cost will be calculated and refunded to the customer. However, the product’s value is not refunded according to the return policy.

I would like to order in large quantities. Is there a discount?

The store offers a delivery service for large quantity orders with a discount of 10-20% on certain products. You can contact us directly via the contact page to inquire about bulk quantities.
