Returns & exchanges

Returns or exchanges :

• -Returns or exchanges are a right for all our customers and apply to all products we offer in our store.

• -All products offered in our store are subject to the exchange and refund policy as per the terms and conditions outlined on this page.

• -Returns or exchanges can be made if the product is in its original purchase condition and packaged in its original packaging.

• -Returns are accepted within three (3) days, and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

• -Please contact us via the Contact Us page or through our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.

• -Please take a photo of the product and send it with the specified city, address, and order number so that it can be replaced with another product if it is damaged, has a defect, or was not used as agreed.

• -The full amount will be refunded to the customer if the product they received is completely different from the one shown on our website.

• -We are not responsible for customer expectations of product use that are not mentioned on the product page on our website.

• -A 30% deduction or a minimum fee of 25 dirhams will apply if the customer no longer wants the product and there is no defect or issue with it as described.
